A 5% rebate will be offered when five or more persons from the same organisation or department register simultaneously. Registration fees include:

- Welcome Meet and Greet on 25 July 2017 and conference dinner on 26 July 2017, except for day delegates, who have to book and pay online for these social events.

Venue and accommodation
The University of Swaziland Kwaluseni Campus is the venue chosen for the conference.
Student accommodation will be provided by the University of Swaziland at a nominal fee to bona fide students.
Bed and breakfast accommodation has been pre-booked for conference delegates from 25 July to 28 July 2017 (minimum of two nights’ stay). Please see details below. As a matter of courtesy to the hotel and backpacker lodge all accommodation not taken up by 15 June 2017 will be released.

The organisers have applied for CPD points for the conference at an approved accreditation body, and certificates will be issued at the conference.
Pre- and post-conference activities
A four-day, three-night pre-conference field trip is planned, with a focus on sites covering a range of geomorphic interests / research, from the Drakensberg, along the coast and into Swaziland.
A half-day post conference training course on erosion rehabilitation will be offered by the International Vetiver Network and the Soil Erosion Focus Group of the Land Rehabilitation Society of Southern Africa. In addition, an erosion field excursion has been planned
These events will be scheduled based on interest expressed by delegates. Please note that for all these activities, participation will be limited for practical reasons. Booking will be done on the basis of first come, first served, and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full details will be downloadable from the registration page.

Flights, airport transfers and car rental

Delegates will be able to book the shuttle service between the airport (Manzini) and the venue. This cost is subsidised by the University of Swaziland.
There is an excellent morning, midday and afternoon return shuttle service, SiyeSwatini TransMagnific, between OR Tambo Airport and Ezulwini. Please visit www.goswaziland.co.sz for online booking. Delegates will be collected at the Matsapha drop-off point and transported free of charge to their hotel or other place of accommodation.
For delegates who do not make use of the shuttle service to the hotel, all major car hire companies are represented in Swaziland.
Passport and visa requirements for South Africa and Swaziland
You will need the following if you enter Swaziland via South Africa:
- A valid and acceptable passport or travel document for your intended stay.
- At least one blank page in your passport for endorsements, but rather on the generous side, the RSA authorities are sticky on this point.
- A valid visa, if required.
- Sufficient funds to pay for your day-to-day expenses during your stay. A return or onward ticket.
